the power of presence
the discernment of mind
the feeling in the gut
the knowing of the heart
natural intelligence arising

all so easily given away
to imagined authority ‘out there’

now it is time
when the world is in disarray
to retrieve ourselves
and reclaim what was given away
find the seat of our power
and live from it.
