There is a power of heart
And of depth
To be able to hold oneself
With a kind of dignity
That is noble of spirit
Even in difficult circumstances
This dignity is not outside dependent
It is purely an internal matter
Between oneself and existence
Neither does it have anything to do with ego
It is not born of duality
Not a putting up quality at all
It is simply a quality
Of being with what is
Without anything in the way
Essentially this is openness.
